Marina Band is an attorney specializing in copyright and entertainment business affairs, with a solid career in the creative industries. She holds a Master's degree in Creative Economy Management from ESPM-Rio and a postgraduate degree in Entertainment Law, Media, and Intellectual Property from UERJ. She works in contract negotiation in the audiovisual, music, literary, advertising and drama sectors. As ​​Business and Legal Affairs, she facilitates agreements between production companies, television channels, distributors and streaming platforms.

In 2021, she founded 4 Cantos, an agency dedicated to screenwriters and directors. She teaches courses and lectures at universities and private schools, where she has taught Ethics, Audiovisual Legislation and Copyright. In addition to her legal and academic practice, she is a trained psychoanalyst, which broadens her understanding of those who create, produce and transform ideas into projects..
